Arnold J. Wolf

ARNOLD J. WOLF is an experienced litigator with extensive trial experience.  Mr. Wolf has presented cases to juries as well as the court on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants.  He is an excellent communicator, making difficult legal concepts easily understood.  Mr. Wolf's organization, ability to think on his feet, and straightforward manner serve him well in the courtroom.  His value to the FREEMAN FIRM is immeasurable.

Mr. Wolf's diverse practice areas include civil litigation matters, such as eminent domain/condemnationpersonal injury and medical malpractice; business disputes; personal injury and medical malpractice; agricultural, farming, and food processing matters; and appellate proceedings.

Mr. Wolf began his education in Pennsylvania, attending the College of the University of Pennsylvania where he earned his bachelor of arts degree in 1968. Mr. Wolf pursued his juris doctorate at the University of Pennsylvania Law School, successfully completing his studies in 1971.  Mr. Wolf was admitted to the Pennsylvania State Bar in 1971 and practiced in Pennsylvania for 14 years.

In 1985, Mr. Wolf and his family moved to California, and he passed the California State Bar that same year.  Mr. Wolf joined the FREEMAN FIRM in 2001.  He is admitted to practice before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court; the United States District Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania; the United States District Court of the Eastern, Northern, and Central Districts of California; and the United States Court of Appeal for the Third and Ninth Circuits.

Mr. Wolf is a member of the State Bar of California; the Voluntary Dispute Resolution Panel for the United States District Court, Eastern District of California; the Yolo County and San Joaquin County Bar Associations; and is a Master and the Secretary/Treasurer of the Milton Schwartz/David Levi Inn of Court.  Mr. Wolf has been an Adjunct Professor at the University of California, Davis School of Law since 1999.
