Tonia M. Robancho was born and raised in Stockton. She earned her degree in paralegal studies from Humphreys College School of Law and has served as a paralegal for the Freeman Firm since 2001. Civil litigation, eminent domain/condemnation, and business disputes are the practice areas where she uses her skills. She is a member of the San Joaquin County Bar Association and currently serves as Chair to the Executive Committee of the Paralegal Section.
