Tom Keeling has presented several Eminent Domain Workshops for Delta landowners. These workshops are sponsored by Restore the Delta and are free to private Delta landowners. The workshops address the Department of Water Resources' requests to enter onto property, the preservation of property rights, and provide an overview of the eminent domain process. The date and time of the next workshop will be posted as soon as details are available.
On January 12, 2012, Tom Keeling will present Condemned! Eminent Domain for the General Practitioner at the San Joaquin County Bar Association's 2012 MCLE Masters Series.
