There are important time deadlines which apply to claims. Therefore, representation must be obtained without delay because claims may be barred forever if not asserted properly and within the applicable time period. Any agreement by the FREEMAN FIRM to perform services must be in writing and signed by a principal of the firm.
FREEMAN, D'AIUTO, PIERCE, GUREV, KEELING & WOLF will make every effort to respond to all inquiries, but contacting the firm does not require a response from the firm. Therefore, you should not delay obtaining legal representation based on your inquiry and expectation of a response.
