Michael N. Morlan
Michael N. Morlan has been a litigator for over 20 years. Mr. Morlan's years of experience contribute to his ability to provide the Freeman Firm's clients with legal services of the highest quality. Mr. Morlan has represented individuals, business entities, governmental entities, and large corporations, including British Petroleum, Atlantic Richfield, Toys R Us, and The Limited retail group. His practice focuses on civil litigation; business disputes; real estate matters; construction defects; and appellate advocacy.
In 1986, Mr. Morlan received his juris doctorate from Pepperdine University School of Law in Malibu, California. He received his undergraduate degree in international relations at Chico State in Chico, California. Mr. Morlan began practicing law in Southern California, and he recently returned to Northern California with his family and joined the Freeman Firm.
Mr. Morlan is admitted to practice before the United States District Court, Eastern District of California. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the State Bar of California, and the San Joaquin County Bar Association.
